Little Azio Pizza & Pasta

We are pleased to introduce the newest addition to our Little Azio menu – the delicious Piadina Italian sandwich.  Unlike the more traditional Panini which is served on focaccia, the Piadina is made on grilled flat bread.

Using the same dough as in our freshly baked focaccia, we press the dough into a thin crust and bake it into a crisp shell similar to our pizza crust.  After baking, we fold your choice of ingredients into this crisp shell and Presto!  A delicious sandwich with half of the bread!

We offer four different Piadina choices:

Chicken Parmesan – grilled chicken, mozzarella cheese with spicy tomato sauce
Torino – prosciutto, robiola cheese, arugula with lemon dressing
Sardegna – grilled portobello mushroom, roasted red peppers, goat cheese, mixed greenswith balsamic vinaigrette
Milano – pesto, tomato, robiola cheese, mixed greens, with balsamic vinaigrette
